Do you support both physical and virtual servers?
Yes. We work with physical on-premise servers and virtual environments including VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter, and Hyper-V. Many businesses run a mix, and we handle both.

Our server has crashed. Can you help?
Yes. Server failures are something we deal with regularly, including difficult cases like a crashed Active Directory or a broken Exchange server. Contact us as soon as possible and we will work to diagnose and recover it.
