Frequently asked questions
Can you supply the computers as well as set them up?
Yes. We can source the right hardware and deliver it fully configured, or set up devices you have bought yourself. Either way you get machines that are ready to use.
What is Autopilot and do we need it?
Autopilot is a Microsoft service that lets a new device set itself up automatically when the user first signs in, with no manual imaging. If you are on Microsoft 365 it is a fast, modern way to deploy devices, and we can set it up for you.
Can you deploy devices to remote or hybrid staff?
Yes. With cloud-based deployment, a device can be shipped straight to a remote worker and configure itself when they log in, so they do not need to come into an office to get set up.
Can you handle a large rollout for a new office?
Yes. Bulk rollouts are a common job for us. We image, configure and deploy in volume on a schedule that fits your move, and test each device before handover.
What happens when staff leave?
We securely wipe and reset their device so it can be safely reassigned, making sure company data is properly removed.
