Licensing and CSP

Migration
A migration that goes wrong means lost email, broken file links and a very bad week. We run them in stages instead: assess what you have, design the target, pilot with a small group, move everyone in waves, switch the domain over, and stay on hand afterwards. Your people keep working the whole time. We have done every common route into Microsoft 365:
- On-premises Exchange. Move off ageing mail servers to Exchange Online with nothing lost, then retire the old box.
- Google Workspace. Bring Gmail, Drive and shared drives across, remap the permissions, and rebuild the way teams collaborate in Teams and SharePoint.
- Tenant to tenant. When companies merge, get acquired, restructure, or simply want to consolidate several tenants into one, we coordinate the lot: mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune-managed devices and the Purview policies that have to be rebuilt in the destination.
- PST and IMAP. Pull old archives and mail from legacy or third-party systems into M365.
- Cutover. We validate DNS, MX, DKIM and DMARC, rehearse the switch, and test mail delivery before go-live so nothing bounces.

Frequently asked questions
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
It comes down to your size, how you work and how much security you want built in. Business Basic covers web and mobile apps plus email. Business Standard adds the installed desktop apps. Business Premium layers on advanced security and Intune device management. Enterprise E3 and E5 go further again on compliance and security. As your CSP, we will look at what you do and recommend the plan that fits, without over-selling you licences you will not use.
Can you move us off Google Workspace?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Gmail, Drive and shared drives come across, permissions get remapped, and we rebuild collaboration in Teams and SharePoint, with training afterwards so the change sticks.
Do you handle tenant-to-tenant migrations?
Yes. Mergers, acquisitions, restructures, or consolidating several tenants into one: we coordinate mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune devices and Purview policies end to end, with a rehearsed cutover that keeps disruption to a minimum.
Can you get us off an old on-premises Exchange server?
That is one of our most common jobs. We move you to Exchange Online with no lost mail and minimal downtime, then decommission the old server.
Can staff use their own phones and laptops safely?
Yes. With Intune we set up BYOD so personal devices can reach company data securely, keeping work and personal data separate.
Is Microsoft 365 secure on its own?
The tools are strong, but only if someone configures them. We turn on and tune MFA, conditional access, Defender and Purview, and push your Secure Score up over time.
