Current openings
IT Engineer
What you will do: Troubleshoot PC and network issues, look after backups, carry out preventive work on PCs, servers and firewalls, recommend upgrades, prepare IT documentation and network diagrams, and attend to client requests.
What we are looking for: A Diploma in IT or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and hands-on knowledge of network devices, firewalls, VPN and wireless. A basic grounding in Windows Server, AD and Group Policy helps. Above all, someone reliable, accountable and service-minded who can meet deadlines, including occasional weekend project work.
Senior IT Engineer
What you will do: Present and design IT solutions for clients, manage their IT infrastructure, develop security policies and procedures, lead the implementation of networks, firewalls, servers and security solutions, and own customer support to meet SLAs.
What we are looking for: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and MCSE/MCSA and/or CCNA certification. Solid Windows Server, AD and Group Policy knowledge, familiarity with networks, servers and backup systems, and ideally some VMware exposure. Someone organised, proactive and self-directed who can guide team members and solve problems independently.
