Cyber security awareness training and phishing simulation for Singapore businesses
Most attacks still start with a person, not a server. A convincing email, a fake login page, an urgent request that looks like it came from the boss. Firewalls and filters stop a lot of it, but some messages always get through, and then the only thing standing between the attacker and your systems is whether the person reading it stops to think. Security awareness training builds that habit, and phishing simulation tells you, with real figures, whether it is working.
CARE runs phishing simulation and security awareness training as a standalone service for Singapore businesses. We send safe, realistic test emails to your staff, show you exactly how they responded, and help you close the gaps with follow-up training. You do not need to be a managed IT client to use it.
How a phishing simulation campaign works
- Tailored to your business. We plan campaigns around how your company actually works, so the tests feel like the emails your staff really receive.
- On your schedule. Campaign frequency is set to suit you: monthly, quarterly, or on demand before an audit or after an incident.
- Safe by design. Nothing harmful is ever sent. Staff who click see a short explanation of what they missed, which is often the moment the lesson sticks.
- Repeatable. Run the same kind of test again later and compare, so you can see whether awareness is improving over time.
Clear reporting in your client portal
Results appear in a client portal, with the same figures whether you look at the whole account over 30 days, 90 days or 12 months, at one campaign across all of its runs, or at a single simulation.
- Headline figures. People tested, messages sent, how many interacted, how many entered credentials, how many reported the email, and the median time from opening a message to reporting it.
- Charts that show where to act. An outcome funnel (received, opened, clicked, entered, reported), a comparison across simulations, and a department view where team sizes allow.
- Privacy built in. The "who did what" view of individual results is available only to authorised roles, and small teams are suppressed so no one can be identified from a percentage. Where a test captures a password, we report only its shape, such as its length, the character types used and whether it meets your policy. The password itself is never shown.
- Reports you can share. Download a PDF for the account, a campaign or a single simulation, with or without a named appendix, and CSV files for an executive summary, results by simulation, and results per person at three redaction levels: named, initials or anonymous.

Follow-up training for staff who clicked
A simulation shows you who needs help. Closing the gap is the next step. For staff who clicked or entered credentials, we recommend follow-up training through CARE Learn, our online training platform, as an add-on. Staff complete a short course with an assessment at the end, and you can run the next simulation to see the difference.
Why a managed phishing simulation service
Sending a test email is the easy part. The value is in what happens around it: campaigns tailored to how your business works, reporting you can take to management or an auditor, and follow-up training for the people who need it. CARE runs all of it for you, and if you already work with us, the results feed into the rest of your IT security picture.
Why CARE for security awareness training
- Security is our day job. CARE is CSA-licensed for Penetration Testing and Managed SOC Monitoring under the Cybersecurity Act 2018, so we see how real attacks start.
- Held to the standard ourselves. CARE is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience you can lean on. We have looked after Singapore businesses since 2007 and support more than 3,000 endpoints.
- Joined up with the rest of your security. The same team can carry out a security assessment, run SOC monitoring and put ransomware protection in place.
Frequently asked questions
What is a phishing simulation?
It is a safe test email that looks like a real phishing attempt. It shows how many staff would open it, click, enter their details or report it, so you know where training is needed.
How often should we run phishing simulations?
Many businesses test quarterly, and some monthly. We set the frequency with you, and can also run a test on demand, for example before an audit.
Do Cyber Essentials or Cyber Trust require phishing simulation?
Staff awareness is part of what CSA's Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust frameworks expect. Phishing simulation is a practical way to build that awareness and show evidence of it.
Will our staff be named in the results?
Only authorised roles can see individual results, small teams are suppressed, and per-person exports can be named, initials only or anonymous. You decide who sees what.
Do we need to be a CARE managed IT client?
No. Security awareness training and phishing simulation are available as a standalone service.
